Cancellation Policy

This policy is designed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. General Cancellation Rules

  • You may cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson start time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be eligible for a full refund unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., illness, emergency).

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedure under “My Bookings.” You may also contact us directly if you encounter technical issues.

3. Tutor-Initiated Cancellations

If a tutor cancels a lesson for any reason:

  • You will be notified as soon as possible.
  • You will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the lesson with the same or another tutor at no extra cost.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (no-show), the lesson fee may not be refunded.
  • If a tutor does not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the student may request a full refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for a last-minute cancellation, please contact us with documentation. We will review each case individually.
