Refund Policy

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides consumer guarantees for services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The tutor fails to attend the lesson without prior notice.
  • The lesson is cancelled due to tutor unavailability, technical issues on the tutor’s side, or service disruptions.
  • The lesson quality is significantly below expectations, and you provide reasonable evidence.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You cancel the lesson less than 24 hours in advance (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
  • You miss the lesson without notice (“no-show”).
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not related to service quality.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson. Include the following:

  • Your name and booking ID
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation

Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

4. Processing Time

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or resupply of services if they are not delivered with due care and skill.
