We want you to be completely satisfied with oowah. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Our Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all ticket purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis as described below.
Eligible Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- Technical issues: If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the service, you are entitled to a full refund or an extension of your access period, at your choice
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, unless due to a technical issue on our end
- Purchases where significant usage has occurred (more than 50% of the access period used)
- Dissatisfaction with the AI’s language or tone that is consistent with our documented service description
- Failure to use the service during the access period
- Tickets that have been extended or renewed

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include the following in your request:
- Your account email address
- Order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request (optional for within-7-day requests)
We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to paid features will be revoked. Your account and any conversation history will remain accessible. If you choose to repurchase in the future, a new study plan will be generated.
Currency and Fees
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Refunds will be issued in the same currency. We are not responsible for any currency conversion differences or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
